Expanding Employee Engagement Programs Internationally

Employees want to join corporations that provide them with an opportunity to have an impact as well as utilize their skills and expertise to make a difference related to issues they care about.

In this session participants will explore best practices for building impactful employee engagement programs domestically and internationally. CAF America will highlight a case study of a program that successfully engages local employees and how they navigate the challenges of running their programs internationally, including tips and things to consider as you explore the possibility of global expansion. The session will also address the challenges of managing the IRS and federal requirements for international grantmaking.
