Emerging Leaders: Building A Technology Plan

Emerging Leaders: Building A Technology Plan
Communication plan, check. Strategic plan, check. Technology plan, ? If you find yourself in this position, you are not alone. Most leaders have not systematically thought through a cohesive technology strategy. This interactive workshop will help you assess your current status and plan for the future. Participants will go home with a set of questions to bring back to their team and a worksheet to help with further planning.

3 Takeaways:

1) Understand why it is important to think strategically about your relationship to the technology you use to manage your programs.
2) Prioritize needs within your programs and align them to technology decisions.
3) Build an action plan for getting the most out of your existing technology platform or choosing a new one that better suits your needs.
