2018 Summit Cancellation Policy

60+ Days Before Summit:

  • Full refund minus a $100 processing fee
  • ACCP members may opt to credit their company account for full amount
  • Transfer your registration to someone else at your company (ACCP approval required)

31-59 Days Before Summit:

  • 50% refund
  • ACCP members may opt to credit their company account for full amount
  • Transfer your registration to someone else at your company (ACCP approval required)

30 or Fewer Days Before Summit:

  • No refunds at this time
  • ACCP members may opt to credit their company account minus a $50 processing fee
  • Transfer your registration to someone else at your company (ACCP approval required)

  • Requests for refunds must be received in writing to ACCP along with event cancellation notice. You must email those requests to Donna and include “Refund Request” in the subject line.
  • Substitutions/Transfers are available for registrants and not subject to processing fees.
  • Substitutions are allowed up to one week before the event.
  • Please send the name of the original registrant as well as the name and contact information of the person substituting to ACCP one week prior to event. You must email those requests to Donna and Jen. Please include “Summit Attendee Substitution” in the subject line.
