Eileen Buckley is a director on PwC’s National Corporate Responsibility team. She is committed to maximizing business value and driving social impact through corporate responsibility (CR) and responsible business leadership. Her current role enables to her create such value through client and employee engagement.
Her skills include setting CR strategy, designing and deploying signature programs and commitments, increasing employee engagement and developing thought leadership. She has expertise in youth education, with a focus on building financial capability, impact investing, and social impact measurement. Eileen co-led the design and deployment of PwC's $190M commitment to youth education and has worked with dozens of PwC’s clients to help them achieve their corporate social responsibility and sustainability goals.
She serves on the Impact Council for A Better Chicago, a venture philanthropy nonprofit dedicated to improving educational opportunities for low income students. Eileen is also a board member of the Association of Corporate Contributions Professionals and a member of Boston College Center for Corporate Citizenship’s Professional Services Sustainability Roundtable.
Prior to working in corporate responsibility, Eileen held roles in human capital project management, business development and recruiting. Eileen earned a B.S. degree in Psychology from the University of Florida and a M.Ed. in Organizational and Community Development from Vanderbilt University. She resides in Chicago with her family.
