Mark Shamley, President and CEO

Mark Shamley, who has 15 years of experience in the field of corporate/public affairs, corporate social responsibility, and business development and marketing, was named president of ACCP in August 2007.

Prior to ACCP, Shamley oversaw community relations and government affairs functions for the Orlando Magic, including management of the Orlando Magic Youth Foundation. He was instrumental in assisting the NBA franchise in winning approval for a $480 million public/private partnership to construct a new events center in downtown Orlando.

Prior to his time at the Magic, Mark served as the director of global corporate citizenship and vice president and executive director of the Tupperware Children’s Foundation at Tupperware Corporation. While at Tupperware, he was responsible for the company’s public, environmental and government affairs, while managing Tupperware’s community relations program and sponsorship opportunities that achieved the company’s social investment goals.

Shamley developed and successfully implemented the company’s global charitable recognition program and volunteer programs. Also at Tupperware, he served as the liaison for environmental issues, working with the Environment Protection Agency, Society of Plastics Industry and American Plastics Council officials, and served as the primary company contact on government affairs at the local and state levels.

Prior to joining Tupperware in 2000, Mark served as director of business development for Value America, Inc. and prior to that served as director of cause-related marketing for the national office of Boys & Girls Clubs of America.

He holds an undergraduate degree in Marketing from Marist College in Poughkeepsie, NY and has a MBA in International Business from the Crummer Graduate School of Business at Rollins College, in Winter Park, FL.

Shamley is currently involved in several local volunteer and leadership activities, including a board position with the Boys & Girls Clubs of Central Florida. Shamley resides in Orlando with his wife Jeanne (Jen-nay) and three children: Marc, Martina and Johnna.

Donna Kraemer, Director of Finance and Operations

Donna, the longest tenured ACCP staff member, joined the team as director of operations and finance in October 2005 after moving to South Carolina from Pennsylvania.

Donna is the nerve center for ACCP operations, with primary responsibility for the financial aspects of the organization, as well as the overall groundwork and implementation of the Management Forum and Annual Conference.

She holds a bachelor of science in business administration from The Pennsylvania State University and has a varied background, including small business owner, corporate marketing and technology management.

Donna spends much of her spare time volunteering for charitable organizations and the local high school athletic booster clubs. She lives in Mount Pleasant, S.C., with her husband, Neal, and two children, Kelly and Brad.

Melinda Bostwick, Director of Member Services

Melinda Bostwick has served as the director of member services for ACCP since 2006 and has been affiliated with ACCP since 1999.

Prior to her position with the association, she was the manager of corporate contributions & community relations for Visteon Corporation. In her role at Visteon, Melinda was responsible for the company’s global contributions programs in more than 20 countries. She was also a member of the communications team responsible for Visteon’s spin-off from Ford Motor Company.

Before her career as a corporate giving officer, she spent time in the film and television industry, freelancing for major television networks and production companies.

Melinda holds a degree from Eastern Michigan State in communications.

Her previous board experience includes ACCP while she was employed with Visteon, and Eastern Michigan University’s Humanics program. Currently she sits on the SuAnne Big Crow Boys and Girls Club Board. Most recently, Melinda started the “Picture Me Project” at Ambassadors for Children.

She lives in Michigan and enjoys traveling and photography.

Kelly Russ, Manager of Communications and Marketing

Kelly joined ACCP in April 2009 as communications & marketing manager. Kelly is responsible for the development & execution of strategic communications plans, including electronic communications, social media and print publications. She also serves as manager of ACCP’s brand standards and spearheads the organization’s media relations.

A native of Orlando, Fla., Kelly has served in various communications and public relations positions throughout her career. At Wyndham Vacation Resorts, Kelly was responsible for managing the company’s electronic communication strategy for WyndhamVacationResorts.com, including overseeing company-wide content contributors and maintaining online content editorial calendar.

As electronic communications coordinator with Rollins College, Kelly managed all electronic internal & external communications. During her tenure, Kelly’s projects included editing & producing the award-winning weekly employee e-newsletter and managing the award-winning student blogging program, called the R-Journals.

Kelly holds a bachelor of science degree from the University of Florida and a master of arts degree from Rollins College. She is actively involved in the community as a volunteer with the SPCA of Central Florida, Florida Hospital and the University of Florida Alumni Association, and she is a member of the Florida Public Relations Association and the Public Relations Society of America.

Kristen Snell, Manager of Membership and Business Development

Kristen joined the ACCP team in 2007 working on special projects including research, writing, preparation and execution of the Management Forum and Annual Conference and overall implementation of the organization's strategic plan. This past July, Kristen was promoted to Membership & Business Development Manager.

Her prior work experience includes two years as a Corporate Partnership Account Specialist for the Phoenix Suns where she was responsible for the fulfillment of contract elements for 20-plus corporate partners. In addition, she worked as a Business Development and Strategy Analyst for the Orlando Magic where she was a member of the team responsible for gaining approval for a public/private partnership to construct a new Events Center for the city of Orlando.

Kristen holds bachelor degrees in Political Science and Psychology from Arizona State University. She is an avid runner, enjoys photography and resides in Hoboken, New Jersey.
