Why did ACCP choose Notre Dame to deliver this program?
ACCP evaluated several educational institutions and selected to partner with Notre Dame. CREI is focused on business, through the CR lens. Notre Dame is a world class institution with a renowned business education
with values and goals that align with companies like yours. Most notably the Mendoza College of Business has a drive to “Ask More of Business”
which connects with the work you do. Notre Dame’s Stayer Center for Executive Education offers “rigorous and relevant business education” which is exactly what you would want in an educational experience.
Who should attend? If you are a leader in the Corporate Responsibility field who has a managerial background and are either a decision maker or significant influencer, CREI is for you. CREI will help you think strategically and expand your understanding of business and CR’s role in it.
Where will I be attending sessions? The sessions take place a Notre Dame’s beautiful downtown Chicago location on Michigan Avenue
How should I dress? Dress for the programs is business casual. Please do bring a light jacket or sweater as classrooms can be cold.
What is included in my tuition? Your program fee includes all your course materials and instruction by Notre Dame Faculty and selected business leaders. Breakfast will be served each day of the course along with lunch on the first two days. One evening networking dinner is also included.
Do I need to make my own hotel arrangements? Yes, to find the reccommended hotels and information follow this link.
When do I need to remit payment? You will need to provide payment in full in order to reserve your seat in the program, no less than thirty days prior to the program start date. Should you need special invoicing, please contact Donna Kraemer.
What if I need to postpone or cancel my session? Please review the CREI tiered cancellation policy.
Are there any discounts available to me? If you are an ACCP member, your fee per program is $3,850. Nonmembers pay $4,850 per program. If you chose to take all three programs and prepay, you will receive a 15% discount on the entire tuition. If you chose to take all three and pay for each program when you take it, a 10% discount on the entire tuition will be applied to the cost of the third program.
Is there pre-course work I need to complete prior to coming to each session? As part of the application process, you will complete a statement of purpose for attending the program. This document will help explain what you hope to gain by participating and is an important part of the pre-work as it will frame your thinking about your intended outcomes. Additionally there may be some pre-reading associated with the program. If so, that information will be shared with you after registration and before the program begins.
Who are the instructors? You will learn from the faculty that delivers the world class Notre Dame MBA along with subject matter experts in the business world.
Can I take just one of the programs or do I need to do all three? Each program is designed to stand alone as a complete learning experience. Should you chose to take all three, you will be able to integrate the learning from each program for your personal benefit.

What will I receive for completing each program? You will receive a Certificate of Completion from Notre Dame Executive Education for each program completed.
What will I receive for completing all three programs? You will receive a certificate of completion for each program and have the opportunity to apply for the Certified Corporate Responsibility Executive (CCRE) designation.
How do I get the Certified Corporate Responsibility Executive (CCRE) designation? Once you have completed all three programs, in order to receive the CCRE designation you will be asked to compile an executive summary of what you learned and, more importantly, what you have done or intend to do with this knowledge. Your submission will be considered by a panel of representatives from Notre Dame, ACCP and HR Leaders who manage the CR function.
What is the significance of the Certified Corporate Responsibility Executive (CCRE) designation? The CCRE is a new designation created by ACCP, with the support of Notre Dame that recognizes leaders in the Corporate Responsibility field who have obtained this level of academic achievement.
Do I have to be employed by a corporation to take a program? You should be currently employed in a CR capacity in a for profit corporation. If you are in transition, please contact Erica to discuss your eligibility. Please note, those employed by NGOs or vendors are not eligible to attend programs through CREI.
