Tiered Cancellation Policy:

  • 60 days or more ahead of event start date =
    • Full refund issued to credit card used to secure registration less $100 per registrant processing fee, OR
    • Substitution may be made at this time and is not subject to a processing fee, OR
    • Credit on a company account for registration amount paid may be made and is not subject to a processing fee.
  • Between 59-30 days ahead of event start date =
    • 50% refund issued to credit card used to secure registration less $250 per registrant processing fee, OR
    • Substitution may be made at this time and is not subject to the processing fee, OR
    • Credit on a company account for registration amount paid less $100 processing fee per registrant.
  • Between 29-0 days ahead of event start date =
    • Absolutely NO refunds will be given for cancellations at this time.
    • Substitution may be made up, preferably two weeks prior to event and is not subject to a processing fee, OR
    • Credit on a company account for registration amount paid less $500 processing fee per registrant.

Refunds

  • Refunds are only available for paid registrants and include processing fees.
  • Requests for refunds must be received in writing by ACCP along with event cancellation notice. You must email those requests to donna@accprof.org and include “Refund Request” in the subject line.
  • Please note that a processing fee will be deducted from each refund. The amount of the refund will be dependent on the timing of the refund request.

Substitutions/Transfers

  • Substitutions are available for registrants and not subject to processing fees.
  • Substitutions are allowed up to two weeks before the event.
  • Please send the name of the original registrant and the name of the person substituting to ACCP two weeks prior to event. You must email those requests to donna@accprof.org. Please include “Conference Attendee Substitution” in the subject line.

Credits

  • Credits are only available for paid registrants and can include processing fees depending on the timing of the request.
  • Credits are granted to the company account of the registrant.
  • Credits are valid for one year from date of issue and may be used for membership or any event prior to expiration.
  • You must email credit requests to donna@accprof.org. Please include “Credit Request” in the subject line.
  • ACCP will notify you once your credit is granted. At that point, you are responsible for the credit.

Notes

  • ACCP reserves the right to cancel any registration with proper notice. In such case, however, the registration fees will be refunded in its entirety by ACCP.
  • ACCP will not grant any refunds, substitutions or credits unless requested in writing.
  • ACCP will not issue any refunds or credits for no-shows. No exceptions.
